OK.. Today, I knew that 3 of my friends, including my best friend Emad are going to be offered positions for Dev Div team in Microsoft.. I hope my tips helped all of u to pass.. I also hope that the whole interview process ( doesn't matter if u got accepted or not) had been a nice and a good experience for u. You really met gr8 minds, had the opportunity to talk and chat and solve problems with them.. Had the opportunity to think with them.. Please make it a useful experience for u.. and If u didn't have an offer, study harder for the comeback!..
for anyone who has participated in this interview process (Doesn't have to be exactly these interviews, any interviews that u did with MS even in the past), can u please tell us ur experience, how did u do?, is there anything that anyone should know about?, how to prepare, how did u feel?.. how many questions did u answer?, what do u need to stress on next time in the interviews?.. how did the interviewers talk with u?.. even the simplest stuff that u were curios about before the interview, say it so that others can benefit from it.. waiting for replies.

Well, Right now, I knew that I already know in person 6 from those who got accepted in MS interviews last week!.. But, some of them don't want to tell their experience before getting their offer letters and also not to cause them any troubles with their current work (That’s also the reason I’m not gonna post their names of course coz they didn’t allow me to, also to keep their privacy).. So, for this post, I allowed anyone (signed by anonymous) comments so that they can still tell their experience (I still hope that they at least give me a hint of who they are or at least tell me in person later to know him, :-) and hopefully meet him/her soon).. Hope it helps many others to get what they dream of..

I wanna tell everybody that Microsoft is GREAT, i was very very happy after the interviews...it was a very nice day..with a lot of fun. Microsoft's people are very friendly, i met a Group Program Manger, Test Manager, SDET, and Development Lead (4 technical interviews), then HR interview. I enjoyed all of them. I'll be posting my experience on my blog soon. But as hany said, we have to wait for sometime to get things confirmed ;) again thanks hany

Hi :-D I was in the interviews in Egypt and I got accepted, I really wants to say Thank you for ur gr8 tips. I also want to thank you for raising my morale. u really helped me to pass this interview, not just by your tips or advices but also by keeping my hopes alive in our conversation together ;-).. :-) well, Thx and u really deserve being accepted, I did nothing!, u just needed some support if that what I did!.. anyway, most of my friends didn't really post their replies here coz they either shy!, or actually they prefer to ask or talk to me in personal than everyone watching!.. sorry for that!.

First thanks alot for your tips, they were really so useful.
I joined Microsoft interviews, They were really great, whether phone interviews, Techniqual, Non techniqual or HR interviews, I really enjoyed alot and this is very important, I met wonderfull people, whether MS people ,or other applicants like me , it was really fun, challenge, experience..
and I think enjoing the interview is a very important key to pass:-).

Yup.. It's Gr8.. I also heard about one more guy from FCIS (Faculty of Computer and Information Sciences) Ain Shams University. so now I knew 7 from those who got accepted in the MS interviews (I knew that another guy got accepted), 6 of them are actually FCISers.. WOW :-).. Believe me, u deserve it.
